In a roasting tray large enough to hold all the drumsticks, add the spices and chicken and toss well until the drumsticks are evenly coated with all the spices. For the best results allow this to marinate for a few hours in the fridge before cooking.
Place the roasting tray on to a preheated barbecue on low and cook for 1 - 1.5 hours or until the chicken drumstick are tender and falling apart.
Meanwhile make the raita by grating the cucumber into a small bowl along with yoghurt and finely chopped mint leaves. Adjust the seasoning with salt.
